Jim is also an avid golfer and a proud father of two daughters. He strongly believes in promoting golf among women and inspiring the next generation to embrace the sport. His passion for the game is matched by his dedication to creating opportunities for women in golf, helping to shape a more inclusive and vibrant future for the sport.

With over three decades of experience in the world of golf, Shalini Malik has made significant contributions to the sport both as a player and an administrator. A trailblazer, she became the first Indian girl to compete in Division 1 college golf in the United States. Shalini’s impressive journey includes playing junior golf, elite amateur competitions, and professional events across India, Asia, and Europe.
